This is every day practice at 7am in Tanden Dojo from Monday to FridayYoga practice is for everyone. You move and place your body in the positions that stretch, relax and heal your body. You build up connection with yourself with your breath and become more aware of the present moment. To feel benefits of yoga it needs to be practiced regularly. There are few possibilities and plans you can adjust to your availability. 14 days €100,  1week ( Mon-Fri)  €40, 1 day €12. Bookings are open on 0857341790.

 The word yoga comes from Sanskrit and in contemporary practice, this is often interpreted as meaning union. Yoga is said to be for the purpose of uniting the mind, body, and spirit. The physical practice of yoga is also know as asana. Asana poses are the link between the world we perceive and the world we feel and unites those two.

Yoga creates balance in the body through developing both strenght and flexibility therefore Yoga might be considered as training, workout, or exercise !  

Yoga is a practice, your individual experience as it develops, grow, evolve over time. The amazing thing about yoga is that your practice is always evolving and changing, so it never gets boring. Although the poses themselves do not change, your relationship to them will.

Yoga is for everyone.  Everyone can start a yoga practice, even if you do not feel like you are very flexible or very strong. These things will improve the longer you practice. One of the most difficult, but ultimately most liberating things about yoga is letting go of the ego and accepting that no one is better than anyone else. Everyone is just doing their best on any given day or moment.

Yoga has healing effect on the physical and mental body:

Physical - through healing, strengthening, stretching and relaxing the skeletal, muscular, digestive, cardio-vascular, glandular and nervous systems.

Mental - through the cultivation of a quiet and a peaceful mind, alertness and concentration.

Spiritual - to be able feel more, be more intuitive and expand your awareness.


YOGA - yoga with participation of the elements of the universe. This is ancient and true Yoga that had been thought around today's Tunisia, long long time ago. Yoga is powerful and healing practice, always evolving and expanding and it is never the same because you evolving and expanding with it. This Yoga is for everyone no matter of gender, age, fitness level. 

- Beginners Yoga is for everyone who have never done yoga before, for all that are looking for gentle relaxing practice, to learn how to move in yoga space and learn foundations.

- Intermediate Yoga is for everyone who have practiced Yoga before, to learn flowing transitions from pose to pose connected with breath cultivating ease and comfort at every moment. . 

- Chair Yoga - yoga on the chair and beside the chair for all who have difficulties to move to the mat and to all with restricted mobility.
